This week no blog about books I received. (although it is a few hundred again)
From the time I started in sales, it became clear to me that making a customer was the first step, but keeping a customer happy was the goal. Fortunately, I had a good mentor about 35 years ago who taught me almost everything you need to do to keep a customer happy.
That has paid off in my textile career. On the contrary, when I look back I am quite proud of myself that I have not had a single dissatisfied customer. Yes, there were sometimes disagreements and problems, but they were always solved in a customer-friendly way.
After 5 years of selling books online via various platforms, I also seem to score here. Customer satisfaction is an average of 9.4 out of 10. Not bad!
