Pietje Bell... The name alone conjures up the image of a rascal, a boy who pulls off one naughty trick after another. The things he does often go very differently than Pietje intended. Together with the children from the neighbourhood, Pietje Bell is going to start a circus. Pietje, Engeltje and Peentje are the circus bosses and also provide performances themselves.
