Former professional footballer Aad Blauw has come up with a fantastic plan. He is starting a new football team in his neighbourhood. A team of eleven boys who have never been to a club. But they can play football! They learned that outside, on the playground or in their school team. The team is called De 11. In the neighbourhood they are already stars of the street. Will the boys manage to shine on the field as well? Boris Bel is the right winger of De 11. He is fast and can give a perfect cross. But Boris can do more. His right foot is his secret weapon: when he takes a swing with it, his opponents quickly take a step aside. His shots on goal are like cannonballs. It is no wonder that his nickname is Het Kanon. The start of the competition is approaching. De 11 plays a practice match every week. Boris enjoys it, especially when his team wins and he can score. But he sometimes has trouble concentrating.
