What Christians Believe
Christians have a perverse faith. They believe against the facts. A man dies a shameful death on a cross, and they believe that he lives, more than ever.
People are out to kill each other, and they believe that all people are brothers and sisters, children of the Father, and that a person only finds himself when he puts others first.
This book aims to introduce this faith. The authors do this from their own involvement with the Christian faith. They attempt to do justice to the differences between Christians, but also indicate what all Christians have in common. They want the reader not only to get to know the Christian philosophy of life, but also to gain understanding for it.
They do not limit themselves to appearances, but pay particular attention to the attitude, thinking and actions of Christians in their daily lives.
This book is aimed at teachers, educators and anyone who is confronted with questions about the Christian faith on a daily basis and does not always find it easy to answer them.
