The Myth of Methuselah
A phenomenal discovery is made in a Leuven stem cell research lab that can drastically slow down aging. While the entire scientific world is stunned, the head of the lab commits suicide during his vacation in Crete.
Andreas Kurver, a freelance journalist, has his doubts about the spectacular discovery and decides to investigate the case. At the same time, Chief Inspector Thomas Berg is approached by the fiancée of the deceased professor who is convinced that her boyfriend was murdered.
In the meantime, Berg has met the beautiful Haynee Deferm, who works as an assistant in the lab. He encounters a lot of resistance during the investigation, but when someone in Leuven also commits suicide under suspicious circumstances, it becomes clear to everyone that there is much more going on than meets the eye. What Berg discovers defies all imagination...
