I read everything I could get my hands on. My fairy tale book was very important in this. After all, fairy tales are the mirror of our old ways of thinking and sources of wisdom. Tolkien was my great teacher who made it clear to me how you can create a world. My passions were and still are the food for my stories: geology, botany, psychology, quantum physics and cosmology. I process what I learn in my stories. I think of what Einstein once said: 'Fantasy is more important than knowledge.' I hope that Einstein's statement will resonate in 'Ironheart', as it did in 'The Sons of the Wizard', which was published in 2012.
