World in turmoil

After the publication of his "25 CENTURIES OF TIBET", for which the Flemish author and world traveller Reginald Hoyaux was awarded the literary "Dr. Ferdinand Snelleart Prize 1997", the reader is taken along in Wereld in Beroering along conflict situations, which for various reasons are hardly covered by our media. As a born storyteller and privileged witness, RH penetrates with his razor-sharp pen and critical attitude to the core of a number of problems, which was not always taken away from him in certain countries. With his many visits to third world countries, he immediately throws the pressing question into the debate whether we have indeed not strayed too far from our good intentions since we elevated "development aid thinking" to a new ideology in the sixties in order to eradicate poverty and political instability.
