Business Communication Part 2
Business communication is a two-part course focused on business communication competencies that are important in almost every profession. In separate modules, we pay attention to the most common oral and written communication tasks. The theory is alternated with practical advice and many examples from professional practice. The modules are closely related, but they can also be treated separately or in a different order. Both parts are accompanied by a CD-ROM with practical assignments and cases.
Business communication part 2 consists of five modules:
- two-way conversations
- meeting and negotiating
- commercial texts
- research report
- policy texts and advisory reports.
Business communication part 1 also consists of five modules. The first three deal with the basic competences:
- analysis of the communication situation
- structuring and formulating texts
- convince.
The other two modules are about:
- writing letters, emails and memos
- present modeling.
