After becoming emperor of television land, Guggenheimer now wants to ascend to the highest throne in the advertising world.
As usual, he does so without any ruthlessness. He is assisted in his dismantling of the advertising business by his cook, his maid, his gardener, various maids, a rabbi, his secretary Debbie, his brother Gugg and various other strange to very strange characters.
