I challenge you, God, to live with chronic pain

Anita Galle writes about suffering because it has always intrigued her and because it has become a companion in her life. Suffering for which there is no immediate solution can drag a person into stabbing helplessness and oppressive loneliness. She has experienced that. But for her, there was always God. She fought with her God, but still there was a faith that endured. The faith that God stayed with her. Her struggle was to stay with Him herself. She has changed because of it. Walking with God all that time has brought that about. She can never forget Him.
