Intercultural Communication, Conflict and Management (ICCM)
This book was created by merging the previously published titles Intercultural Communication and Intercultural Conflicts. In this book, Pinto introduces a new theory. This theory not only explains differences between countries, but also differences within a country, between companies, departments and even between members of one family - differences at macro, meso and micro level. Using a unique method, also developed by Pinto, these differences (at all levels) can be bridged without doing violence to the parties involved. Intercultural Communication, Conflicts and Management (ICCM) consists of two parts. Part I is about communication and part II about management and conflicts. At the end of both parts, practical cases are included and provided with commentary that ties in with the theory and method discussed.
